Thank you for choosing Payten's Pic's for your photography needs. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

General Policy

  • Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services and products, all sales are final and non-refundable once images or products have been delivered.

  • No refunds will be issued for “not liking a photo,” for selecting incorrect images after delivery, or for any reason unrelated to service errors or product defects.

Session Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your booking fee or deposit will not be refunded.

  • If Payten's Pic's is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as equipment failure or illness), you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Product Issues and Exceptions

  • If you receive a physical product (such as prints or albums) that is defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect compared to your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Custom products, including albums and photo books, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an error in the order. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Process

  • For eligible refunds, please contact us  with your order details and the reason for your request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
